Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships.

Shipping Time
Once processing is complete, estimated shipping takes an additional 7 business days — bringing the total to roughly 14 business days from your purchase date. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, and some areas may take longer than the standard estimate. Please note that extended delivery windows do not qualify for a refund.

Total Estimated Delivery
From the time your order is placed, total delivery typically takes around 28 business days (14 business days for production plus 14 business days for shipping).

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package is dispatched.

Possible Delays
While we aim to meet our estimated timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to factors like high order volume, carrier issues, severe weather, customs processing (for international orders), holidays, or unforeseen transportation disruptions.

Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the damage (if relevant), and a short description of the issue.

International Orders
Shipping times for international orders may vary based on your country's customs process and local postal service. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
